    • To continue your registration, we need to verify your right to work in the UK. You can do this online or in person by attending one of our on-site drop-in sessions.

      Please note if you hold a valid UK / Irish passport and have opted for online right to work verification you will received a follow up link from Trust ID. This is a government accredited platform that will take a digital verification to complete your full right to work check. You will need your passport to complete this check.

      Please note, if you are a UK citizen but do not have a UK passport or your passport is expired, you will need to select the ‘visit on-site team’ option and bring the following:

      • UK birth certificate
      • Evidence of your National Insurance number
      • Photo ID (e.g. photo driving licence)
      • If your name has changed since birth, your marriage or change of name certificate
    • To have your right to work documents verified by our on-site team, please attend one of our drop-in sessions. There is no need to book, you can simply turn up.

      2) You will receive a Trust ID link to complete verification of your right to work separately.

    • Visa holders:

      1) Upload a scanned picture of your passport.

      2) Generate a share code and share it with us in this form.
       
      If you're on a sponsorship visa, please also provide your new sponsorship letter and evidence of a recent payslip from sponsored provider. If you're on a student visa, please include your term timetable.

      If your visa in progress with the Home Office please email us your Home Office reference number (URN) so we can complete an Employer checking service check. This ECS check confirms your right to work for 6 months.
